Uranus is a Finnish, privately-owned and web-based recruitment service.
The mission of Uranus is to provide support for everyone in different phases of one's career. We help recruiters and institutes to meet persons looking for a raise for their career in the most positive and the most efficient way.
Our aim is to develop Uranus.fi-service so that every one - no matter of age, gender, status, location, mother tongue or education - who is making plans for one's working future would find a positive solution when aiming either for a new job, entrepreneurship or education.
Our products are:
Wide reach throughout the world by The Network, a formal alliance of 31 recruitment websites covering 64 countries.
The Network is a global leader in online recruitment regarding number of jobs, countries and jobseekers making it a number one choice in online recruitment. Uranus is the only authorised partner of The Network in Finland.
Wide reach throughout Finland by co-operation business with 12 local newspaper publishers' network Arena Partners Oy. Job advertisements on these newspapers are automatically published also at Uranus.fi, and vice versa Ura-arena.fi. Service are reachable for 700.000 Arena.fi users.
We operate across all industry sectors and at all levels in Finland. Our company has established a strong clientèle base, many of our clients ranking in the top 100 companies in Finland. We work with over 4.000 companies and organizations across all sectors of the economy from Finland and abroad.
Uranus was established 1998 and our web portal launched in April 1999. It now attracts some 900 000 - 1.300 000 visits and 25.000 different visitors each week.
