eCommerce Specialist
Support the Direct Consumer team in the following areas:
• Ensure smooth operations of eCommerce platforms: Administration, maintenance and control of the eStore databases/backend with regards to the listed products.
• Maintain price and product information on the eCommerce platforms.
• Monitor the online market and conduct competitive analysis on eStore usability, pricing and new trends in eCommerce.
• Successfully develop concepts to boost sales (in close cooperation with eStore provider, IT, Web analytics, Marketing and Sales).
• Plan and execute usability and conversion testing across the ecommerce areas of the website and implement improvements based on results.
• Develop and create micro sites and Landing Pages to improve usability and conversion throughout the whole customer lifecycle Adaptation of the online shop surfaces based on planned marketing activities, and graphic design requirements or templates.
• Coordinate with the eStore partner changes in the eStore backend needed to introduce new products, new trends or other usability or conversion optimizations.
• Support the Customer Care team on questions regarding the eCommerce platforms.
• Support Online Sales and Marketing activities
Prerequisites
• Preferred 0-3 years experience in eCommerce areas including Shopping Cart and Checkout, Payment Options, Order Management.
• Some experience in the overall Online business incl. Online Marketing and Web analytics tools
• Drive for results and and improvement of the eCommerce customer experience and conversion.
• Understanding of license codes or similar mechanisms is an advantage.
• Preferably knowledge in content management and/or the design of online stores / websites.
• Hands-on experience in using databases and knowledge in widely used Web techniques (Html, CSS, Java etc).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions with multi-cultural teams.
• Strong team player with willingness to work in a fast changing environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and good level in Finnish is an advantage (some communication with Customer Care will be in Finnish).
